Hyon T. Kim founded MN Best Enterprises with the vision to assemble a talented and diverse group of professionals working together toward one common goal, to be nothing but the best in all that we do. Ms. Kim represents the entrepreneurial spirit and excellence that embodies MN Best.
Hyon T. Kim - President/CEO
With a rich background in real estate, general construction and maintenance, bio-medical devices, international distribution, and business leadership, Ms. Kim has led several companies to success. Today, MN Best is where she focuses her relentless energy and strength. Her eye for detail, international experience and inspiration in the construction industry where there still exists disparities for a women and a persons of color, led her to be named one of Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal's "Top 25 Women to Watch" for 2008. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
Ms. Kim is very involved in community work through her past role as the first Asian person on the University of Minnesota Board of Regents and positions as Chair of Minnesota State Council, National Board of Directors of YWCA USA, Board of Directors of the Minnesota World Trade Center Corporation, Workforce Investment Board and the National Association of Women Business Owners. Ms. Kim also serves as Chair of the Asian-African Business Development Committee at the International Leadership Institute. Currently, she brings her connections to Korea and to Africa into her local community to encourage international understanding and to foster stronger relationships.
Song Lo Fawcett - General Counsel & Vice President of Marketing and Development

Ms. Fawcett specializes in growing and developing MN Best's core business in addition to providing complete legal counsel to the company. Before joining MN Best, she was managing partner at the law firm of Kelly & Fawcett, where she practiced primarily in the areas of corporate, construction, land use, development and real estate law for over fourteen years. Ms. Fawcett graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and St. Olaf College.
In addition to her legal and managerial experience, Ms. Fawcett was appointed to the Metropolitan Council by Governor Pawlenty, and to Chair the Saint Paul Human Rights Commission by the former Mayor of St. Paul. Currently she serves on the Executive Committee and Board of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, the United Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, and the Governor's Selection Committee for Metropolitan Councilmembers. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors to the Lo Society and the Hmong Circle of Peace.
