Background:

​During Spring season every year, one of the MN National Guard Buildings get flooded through the emergency exit door. Shallow existing grade combined with frozen ground at Building backyard (around 0.5 acre) cause recurring flooding problems. 

Scope:

​MN Best Designers were hired to provide affordable and sustainable solutions to mitigate flooding problems. 

Performance: 

​MN Best presented pre-feasibility study with two design solutions and discussed with owner seeking feedback. MN Best provided Bidding package with recommendations for site regrading and drainage (plans, cost estimate and specifications).
